Terms of Use
Effective date: April 26, 2026
Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Huddle, a scheduling and group decision service operated by VTAKU LLC ("VTAKU," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Huddle, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Use of Huddle
You may use Huddle to create groups, events, scheduling rounds, invitations, public response links, ranked availability polls, and suggestion prompts. You are responsible for the information you submit and for how you share invitations and public links.
Organizers must sign in to create and manage workspaces. Participants may be able to respond to public round links without creating an account, and may later use email link sign-in to claim and edit responses associated with their email address.
Accounts
Huddle uses Firebase Authentication, including Google sign-in and email link sign-in. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and promptly update it when necessary.
User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit to Huddle. You grant VTAKU a limited license to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise use that content as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and your use of Huddle comply with applicable laws and do not infringe or violate the rights of others.
Public and Invitation Links
Public round links can allow anyone with the link to submit a response while a round is open and to view aggregate results or approved suggestions after a round is closed or archived. Organizer invitation links can allow someone with the link to view invite details and accept organizer access. You are responsible for sharing these links only with intended recipients.
Participant Permissions
If you invite participants or collect responses from others, you are responsible for giving them appropriate context and obtaining any permissions required for the information you request. You should not submit sensitive personal information unless it is necessary and appropriate for the scheduling purpose.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse Huddle, interfere with its operation, attempt to access accounts or systems without authorization, scrape or harvest data without permission, submit unlawful or harmful content, use Huddle to send spam or deceptive communications, or use the service in a way that violates applicable law.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use Huddle. By using Huddle, you acknowledge that information will be handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
Deletion and Retention
Owners may be able to delete groups and related group content through Huddle. We may retain account records, logs, analytics, and other information as described in the Privacy Policy or as needed for security, legal, operational, or backup purposes.
Service Changes and Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of Huddle at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Third-Party Services
Huddle may rely on third-party services for hosting, database infrastructure, authentication, analytics, email link delivery, and related functionality, including Cloudflare, Firebase, and Google services. Your use of those features may also be subject to third-party terms and policies.
Disclaimers
Huddle is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VTAKU LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of Huddle.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Huddle if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other users, or used Huddle unlawfully. You may stop using Huddle at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of Huddle after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
